Learn the art and science of pruning young fruit trees at our upcoming workshop! Our team will delve into foundational principles and techniques of fruit tree pruning, demonstrate how to effectively prune young trees, and walk you through all the necessary tools. Led by experienced instructors, this workshop explores the best practices for fostering strong branching structures before trees leaf out (late January through February). We'll offer hands-on pruning demonstrations amidst the beauty of Benevolence Orchard, and plenty time for participants to ask questions. Equip yourself with the knowledge and skills needed to ensure healthy, resilient trees and a thriving harvest. Snacks and all necessary tools will be provided for this engaging and educational experience.

Please note: This workshop will focus on pruning young fruit trees, while our Winter Care: Pruning Mature & Fireblighted Trees Workshop on February 4th will focus on pruning practices for mature trees and trees affected by fireblight.
