Celebrating 10 Years of Community Fruit Rescue!

10 years ago, Community Fruit Rescue was born as a grassroots initiative to harvest the excess fruit we observed throughout Boulder's neighborhoods. thanks to the care and concern of Boulder's passionate community. Today, we continue to grow and expand our mission: from tree care to fruit share, we empower Boulder communities to reduce food waste, increase equitable access to locally grown fruit, minimize wildlife conflicts, and foster healthy and productive fruit trees.
As we reflect on our beginnings, we invite you to celebrate CFR’s impact and join us as we step into the next decade of building a stronger, healthier community through our sustainable fruit harvesting and sharing efforts. Bill Round-UpWHERE: All 3 locations
WHEN: Month of April WHAT: Round up your bill total at the end of your dining experience, and all round-up proceeds will be donated to CFR during the month of April. |
Keep the Glass event WHERE: Acreage & Stem Ciders RiNo
WHEN: April 17th, all day WHAT: Get (2) 10 oz ciders, keep the custom design glass, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to CFR. The event will run all day at both Acreage and Stem Ciders RiNo, and the CFR team will be at Acreage from 4:30-7:30pm. Join us for a casual drink in the "Back 40" at Acreage to enjoy the sunset, and/or make a reservation for dinner. |
